The Barrett Sovereign brand of side-by-sides and over-and-under shotguns was developed in collaboration with the Italian company Fausti Stefano by the Barrett Rifle Company. Steel boxlock with decorative sideplates, coin finished, and fully engraved with English scroll are features of the Albany model. Turkish walnut grade 3A stock with a delicate checkerboard pattern makes up the round knob "Prince of Wales" stock. 28-inch barrels and chambers with chrome lining. Shotgun SKB Model 585 Over/Under. It has a 26" barrel length, 3" chambers, and a 20 gauge. Pull length will be around 14". Near the receiver, the top and bottom portions of the buttstock are cracked (as well as the finish worn around the right side near the receiver). The shotgun is in excellent condition aside from that. The metal has a 95 percent or greater metal quality, and the bores look excellent. 12 ga. (3"), 28" VR barrels with good, brilliant bores, serial number 06P0217. This is a Huglu-made, double-trigger shotgun with an extractor that shows very little wear and almost all of the original blue finish along the barrels. Similar to the forend iron, the frame still largely retains its original chrome finish, save for a few faded and darkened areas where it joins the frame on either side. The buttstock has small scratches, and the checkered walnut forend and rounded pistol grip have just slight signs of wear on a handful of the elevated places. 14 1/2" long, with a black buttplate with the original blue CZ.
