No rebuilt or arsenal stamps can be found on the stock, it has its original finish, is unmarked as an import, has a nice bore, and is in good working condition. W markings are present on the receiver, stock, bolt, bayonet lug, front, and rear sights. The vast majority of these weapons were mismatched or parkerized prior to World War 2. The rifle would have 97-98 percent bluing if it weren't for the wear on the floorplate. Finding a rifle of this sort in its original condition is quite unusual.
